Want to get moving but find traditional exercise classes boring? Dance Fitness is for you! This class takes dance movements from a variety of styles and simplifies them into fun conditioning exercises that will improve your balance, flexibility, memory, mobility, and much more! Twirl, leap, roll, and slide with us on Thursday, July 17th, and then sign up for the full session to keep grooving all summer long! This class is beginner friendly, and open to students ages 18 and up.
This class takes place inside the Kilbourn Park auditorium, on the second floor of the field house, located at 3501 N. Kilbourn Ave, Chicago, IL 60641. The field house and auditorium are wheelchair accessible via ramps and and elevator.
Can’t find someone to watch your kids during class? Bring them! As long as they can sit off to the side with minimal direct supervision they are welcome.
